We are proud to present a growing collection of new wave Chinese wines made by independent producers, who are in pursuit of not just quality and environmentally-conscious methods of farming and wine production, but of wines with a soul and integrity that are unlike anything we’ve tasted from China to date.
From Xiao Ling’s micro-terroir bottlings in the mountain ranges of Yunnan to Silver Heights’ delicate wines from biodynamic vineyards near the Gobi Desert, and Ian Dai’s natural winemaking experiments across China, we believe we are witnessing a revolution in one of the world's most exciting wine regions.

Ningxia
坐落於中國西北部賀蘭山脈與黃河之間,寧夏擁有陽光充沛、乾燥的典型大陸型氣候,這吸引了第一批國營酒莊於1980年代落戶,讓寧夏成為中國葡萄酒革命的中心。 如今,寧夏以首府銀川為中心,葡萄園總面積已接近40,000公頃。憑藉強勁且屢獲殊榮的波爾多(Bordeaux)混釀酒款,寧夏聲名遠播,但新一代的釀酒師則投入創造更輕盈、具當地特色的中國葡萄酒,展開嶄新篇章。
Yunnan
如果說寧夏常被比喻為「中國的波爾多」,那麼雲南則更像侏羅(Jura)。雲南純淨的高海拔風土只能在陡峭山坡間的零星小地塊種植,因此產量不大、地形極為挑戰,但卻吸引了全國最具有叛逆精神和才華的釀酒師。 雲南目前只有約 50 家酒莊、葡萄園總面積僅 800 公頃,但就在這片雲端之上的土地,中國葡萄酒革命正逐步展現風采,實驗精神和地區特色成為新一代中國釀酒的核心。
Devo
Founded in 2018, DEVO is the first Chinese winery to specialise in traditional method sparkling wines. Its 21 ha vineyard at the foothill of Helan Mountain is sustainably farmed without herbicides or pesticides and is planted with a variety of cover crops and trees to increase biodiversity. Under Professor Jin Gang’s guidance, DEVO produces wines with the same meticulous care as top Champagne growers, including hand-harvest, riddling, and disgorgement.
DEVO 酒莊創立於 2018 年,是中國首家專注於傳統法(Traditional Method)氣泡酒的酒莊。位於寧夏賀蘭山東麓,酒莊擁有 21 公頃葡萄園,採用可持續農業方式,不用除草劑和農藥,並種植多種覆蓋作物和樹木,提升生物多樣性。
在金剛(Jin Gang)教授專業指導下,DEVO 以頂級香檳酒莊的細緻工藝釀製:包括人工採收(Hand-harvest)、搖瓶(Riddling)、除渣(Disgorgement)等每一細節。無論是 MV 系列的多年份混調,抑或零補液(Zero Dosage)風格,DEVO 以精湛工藝與環境理念迅速贏得國際認可,成為中國傳統法氣泡酒的先鋒代表。
Domaine Muxin
Domaine Muxin, founded in 2020 by French-trained winemaker Mu Chao, is situated along the Lancang River in Cizhong Village, Yunnan. Its vineyards, located at altitudes of 2,200–2,700 meters, benefit from diverse soils and contrasting terroirs, enhancing the complexity of the wines. Committed to sustainable practices and minimal intervention, Mu Chao employs wild yeast fermentation with no fining or filtration and minimal sulphur added only before bottling.
木杺酒莊(Domaine Muxin)由法國專業訓練出身的釀酒師牟超(Mu Chao)於 2020 年創立,座落於雲南茨中村瀾滄江畔,位在聯合國「三江併流」保護區內。酒莊葡萄園海拔介於 2,200–2,700 米,土壤類型多元、風土各異,為酒款帶來複雜層次。牟超秉持可持續、極簡主義與自然釀造理念,堅持採用原生酵母(Wild Yeast)發酵、不經澄清與過濾,僅於裝瓶前添加極少量硫磺,最大程度展現雲南高海拔風土的獨特個性。
The Starting Point
Founded in 2015, The Starting Point is one of China's pioneering natural wineries, dedicated to showcasing Ningxia's potential as a quality wine region. Producing just 10,000 bottles a year from some of the region's oldest vines, planted in the 1990s, winemaker Reisa Jiang emphasizes organic farming and minimal intervention winemaking, resulting in wines with unexpected vibrancy and freshness.
源點酒莊(The Starting Point)成立於2015年,是中國最早投入自然釀造的先驅酒莊之一,致力於展現寧夏作為優質葡萄酒產區的潛力。年產量約1萬瓶,採用1990年代栽種的區域最古老葡萄藤,釀酒師江睿莎(Reisa Jiang)強調有機農耕及極簡干預釀造,釀造出具有意外活力與新鮮感的葡萄酒。
Tinnyu
The newest rising star in Yunnan, Tinnyu produces fewer than 1,000 bottles a year from under 1 hectare of vineyards spread across three villages. French-trained founders Leqi Liu and Yuxuan Qiu represent a new generation of Chinese winemakers committed to minimal intervention techniques that emphasize fruit purity and austerity in their wines.
田與酒造(Tinnyu)是雲南最新崛起的葡萄酒新星,年產量不足1,000瓶,葡萄園總面積不到1公頃,分散於三個村落。創辦人劉樂琪(Leqi Liu)與邱宇軒(Yuxuan Qiu)皆受法國葡萄酒教育訓練,代表著中國新一代釀酒師,他們秉持極簡干預的理念,強調葡萄純淨度及酒款的清晰與樸實風格。
Xiao Pu
Ian Dai has been at the forefront of China’s natural wine movement since his first bottled vintage in 2017. He produces a constantly evolving lineup of low-intervention wines across six provinces: Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Hebei, Sichuan, and Yunnan. Ian’s passion, curiosity, and hard work yield utterly unique wines that are quickly gaining a global cult following.
Ian Dai 自2017年推出首個釀造年份以來,一直站在中國自然酒運動的最前線。他在寧夏、內蒙古、甘肅、河北、四川和雲南六個省份持續生產低干預的葡萄酒系列,不斷演進。Ian 以他的熱情、好奇心和勤奮,創造出極具獨特風格的葡萄酒,並迅速獲得全球核心追隨者的喜愛。
Xiaoling
Translated as “clouds over the mountain peaks”, XiaoLing produces some of China’s best wines from the banks of the Upper Mekong River at about 2,100 meters above sea level and beyond.
Equally famous for its Chardonnay, delicate Bordeaux blends and micro-terroir Cabernet Sauvignon bottlings, XiaoLing is influenced both by its Burgundian roots (Sylvain Pitiot is one of the key shareholders, and is best known for his previous decades long general manager role at “Clos de Tart”), and the team’s desire to discover, tend to and express the uniquely Chinese terroir the vines spring from.
「霄岭」意為「山峰上的雲霧」,酒莊位於海拔約2100米的湄公河上游河岸,是中國出產頂級葡萄酒的著名產區之一。
霄岭尤以霞多麗(Chardonnay)、細膩的波爾多混釀(Bordeaux blends)及微觀風土赤霞珠(Cabernet Sauvignon)聞名。酒莊深受其勃艮第根基影響──勃艮第名釀「Clos de Tart」前總經理,現任主要股東之一的Sylvain Pitiot是酒莊的主要顧問。酒莊團隊致力於探索並表達這片獨特中國風土帶給葡萄植株的真實風味。
這種融合了法式釀酒傳統與中國獨特風土的理念,讓霄岭在中國葡萄酒界占有特別地位,也贏得國際酒評家的高度評價。
