Domaine de la Gyalthang High Altitude Chardonnay Flor 2022

One of the many labels from China’s legendary nomadic winemaker Ian Dai, “Domaine de la Gyalthang” is dedicated to wines from cool high-altitude sites of China’s southwest region of Yunnan.

Fermented with native yeasts and aged for a year in neutral oak barrels under the influence of flor, this Chardonnay has a distinctive lightly nutty and salty character.

"Ian's first experiment with the flor, this vintage is nowhere near as powerful as some of the flor affected wines we've come to expect from Jura, but has that distinctive lightly nutty and salty character that makes it beautifully complex and versatile. Great pick for a dim sum!"

這款霞多麗（Chardonnay）採用天然酵母（Native Yeasts）發酵，並在全新橡木桶（Neutral Oak Barrels）內，在橡木雪莉酒的酵母（Flor）影響下陳釀一年，展現出獨特的淡淡堅果味與鹹味 *特徵* Remove。
