With a long history of old-wine winegrowing, Spain had gone through a dramatic transformation in the past 50 years - moving from ultra-traditional to highly commercialised, to in the past decade, a refocus on prioritising quality, reviving old traditions and embracing indigenous grape varieties. Our portfolio of Spanish wines include the inconic producers who never changed their beliefs in Spanish wines and those ‘New Wave’ producers who are influenced by both local practices and the global wine dialogue. These wines are the highest quality, small scale and are comparable to wines from esteemed regions like Burgundy and Piemonte.
