Region: Meli-Li-Shei Village, Diqing, Yunnan, China
A unique micro-terroir bottling from a high-altitude (2,300m) 0,27 ha vineyard in Meili-Li-Shei village that is expected to disappear within 5 years due to the planned construction of a dam. Hand-harvested and de-stemmed over 5 days, fermented by native yeasts, aged in neutral French oak for 8 months, left unfined, but lightly filtered with minimal sulphur added at bottling.

這款酒來自海拔2300米、高度獨特的微觀風土（micro-terroir）葡萄園，面積僅0.27公頃，位於梅里里舍村，預計因大壩建設計畫而於五年內消失。葡萄採摘並去梗過程歷時五天，採用天然酵母發酵，於中性法國橡木桶陳釀8個月，未經澄清，輕度過濾，瓶裝前只添加極少硫磺。

- Our standard delivery is only $150 to a single address within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. We offer free delivery for all orders over $3000.
- Delivery to Discovery Bay and Ma Wan is $400.
- All orders placed before 1pm can be delivered the next working day.
- All orders placed after 1pm will be delivered in 2 working days.
- There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
- For same day urgent deliveries, our logistics partner charges an additional urgent fee of $350. Pickups at our office need to be done before closing at 7pm. We ask for your mobile phone so that our delivery team can call you when they are on their way.
