Thibaud Clerget is the 28th generation in his family to be making wines at this domaine which has been around since 1268. Having worked under two great names in Burgundy, Henri Boillot and Hudelot-Noellat, this has given the the young winemaker all the tools necessary to revitaise the family domaine, and his first vintage in 2015 was met with incredible praise. Volnay has always been known for some of the most elegant Pinots in the Cotes de Beaune and Clerget brings this to another level.
