We are thrilled to invite you to an exceptional evening on Tuesday, 1 Apr, featuring the remarkable wines of Bendito Destino at House of Culture. This intimate gathering will be guided by Terry Kandylis himself, the UK's Best Sommelier 2016 and the visionary behind these extraordinary Ribera del Duero wines.
Chef Gavin, known for his innovative approach at Brut! and now at his new venture House of Culture, has crafted an exquisite menu that draws inspiration from his Australian roots while complementing the profound character of Bendito Destino's old-vine wines. This unique pairing promises to showcase the harmony between historic Spanish vineyards and contemporary Australian-influenced cuisine.
Terry Kandylis, whose journey from acclaimed sommelier to winemaker began with a serendipitous discovery of abandoned historic vineyards in Canalejas de Penafiel, will guide guests through each wine, sharing his passionate story of preserving these ancient 'en vaso' vines and creating wines that truly express their remarkable heritage. His wines, born from vines that have weathered decades, represent a beautiful marriage of tradition and modern winemaking philosophy.
With only 20 seats available in House of Culture's intimate setting, this exclusive dinner offers a rare opportunity to engage directly with one of wine's most compelling new producers while experiencing the seamless integration of historic Spanish wines with Chef Gavin's innovative cuisine in the atmospheric surroundings of Sai Ying Pun's newest culinary destination.

We deliver in a temperature controlled truck to your home, office, restaurant & hotel in all parts of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.
- Our standard delivery is only $150 to a single address within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. We offer free delivery for all orders over $3000.
- Delivery to Discovery Bay and Ma Wan is $400.
- All orders placed before 1pm can be delivered the next working day.
- All orders placed after 1pm will be delivered in 2 working days.
- There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
- For same day urgent deliveries, our logistics partner charges an additional urgent fee of $350. Pickups at our office need to be done before closing at 7pm. We ask for your mobile phone so that our delivery team can call you when they are on their way.
