This distinguished blend from the hilltop Pipparello vineyard (1,300 feet elevation) represents the harmonious marriage of Umbria's noble grapes: 60% Sangiovese, 25% Montepulciano, and 15% Sagrantino. Sourced from vines averaging over 20 years old, grown in clay and gravel soils that lend both power and finesse. Following Paolo Bea's signature extended maceration (40-50 days), the wine undergoes a patient four-year evolution: one year in steel tanks, two years in traditional large oak barrels, and a final year of bottle refinement. Each variety contributes its unique character - Sangiovese's bright elegance, Montepulciano's generous fruit, and Sagrantino's noble structure - creating a wine that perfectly expresses Montefalco's historic terroir.
We deliver in a temperature controlled truck to your home, office, restaurant & hotel in all parts of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.
- Our standard delivery is only $150 to a single address within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. We offer free delivery for all orders over $3000.
- Delivery to Discovery Bay and Ma Wan is $400.
- All orders placed before 1pm can be delivered the next working day.
- All orders placed after 1pm will be delivered in 2 working days.
- There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
- For same day urgent deliveries, our logistics partner charges an additional urgent fee of $350. Pickups at our office need to be done before closing at 7pm. We ask for your mobile phone so that our delivery team can call you when they are on their way.
