This exceptional evening will showcase a historical flight tasting featuring three legendary vintages that shaped wine history: 1937, 1947, and 1959 Clos des Papes. These pre-war and post-war vintages offer a rare glimpse into the estate's illustrious past. Before the dinner, we will have a wonderful evening to taste this historical flight.

The evening continues with an expertly curated wine dinner featuring eight distinctive vintages, including the perfect-scoring 2007 Clos des Papes (and it’s a magnum!), which earned both 100 points and Wine of the Year honors from Wine Spectator. Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with Beefbar's exclusive menu, creating an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
