Hubert Lignier’s wines are something always on my top list. They are practicing minimal intervention for winemaking, and praised for making well balanced wines achieving high level of intensity, structure and finesse. 2015 is an extraordinary vintage in Cote d’or, and arguably one of the best vintage of the century. The wine is very approachable now, but able to keep for at least another 10 years.
