The Experience
Fresh from his storied cellars in Savigny-lès-Beaune, Pascal Clément, who was born into a multi-generational family of growers (with the Maison founded in 1950), brings over two decades of Burgundy expertise to Hong Kong. Having honed his skills across legendary domaines such as Coche Dury and now working on his own project of Domaine and Negoce wines that capture the soul of Côte d'Or.
This private dinner is exactly the kind of evening Burgundy fans live for: intimate, conversational, and full of real stories from the vineyard. Along with cuisine from Michelin starred Duddell's, Pascal will guide us through a curated lineup of his standout wines including the spectacular Corton Charlemagne. We deliver in a temperature controlled truck to your home, office, restaurant & hotel in all parts of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.
- Our standard delivery is only $150 to a single address within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. We offer free delivery for all orders over $3000.
- Delivery to Discovery Bay and Ma Wan is $400.
- All orders placed before 1pm can be delivered the next working day.
- All orders placed after 1pm will be delivered in 2 working days.
- There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
- For same day urgent deliveries, our logistics partner charges an additional urgent fee of $350. Pickups at our office need to be done before closing at 7pm. We ask for your mobile phone so that our delivery team can call you when they are on their way.
