A very varietal and terroir-driven Chardonnay made by Eyrie Vineyard. This wine preserved a lot of those varietal characters of citrus and yellow fruit. Lively acidity with a juicy flavor combined with a great minerality makes this wine a very good appetizer pairing wine.
