We are thrilled to invite you to an exceptional evening on 14th March, featuring the prestigious Champagne house of Pascal Doquet at The Lounge, New World Millennium Hong Kong. This intimate gathering will be guided by Pascal Doquet himself, one of the most respected producers in the Côte des Blancs, whose champagnes are celebrated by critics including Peter Liem as being "among the finest in the region."
The Lounge, with its sophisticated "Vin et Vin" area featuring a stunning glass wine cabinet and spiral staircase leading to our 1,000-label cellar, provides the perfect setting for this extraordinary tasting journey. Our culinary team has prepared elegant pairings that will complement the precise, terroir-driven character of Doquet's exceptional champagnes.
Pascal Doquet, whose family's winemaking legacy dates back to the 1930s, will guide guests through his meticulously crafted wines, sharing his passionate commitment to organic viticulture and traditional winemaking methods. His champagnes, sourced from prestigious Grand Cru sites in Mesnil-sur-Oger, Vertus, and other prime locations, represent the perfect expression of the Côte des Blancs' distinctive terroir.
With limited seating available in our elegant lounge setting, this exclusive evening offers a rare opportunity to engage directly with one of Champagne's most distinguished producers while experiencing the sophisticated harmony of his wines in the refined atmosphere of The Lounge.

We deliver in a temperature controlled truck to your home, office, restaurant & hotel in all parts of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.
- Our standard delivery is only $150 to a single address within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. We offer free delivery for all orders over $3000.
- Delivery to Discovery Bay and Ma Wan is $400.
- All orders placed before 1pm can be delivered the next working day.
- All orders placed after 1pm will be delivered in 2 working days.
- There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
- For same day urgent deliveries, our logistics partner charges an additional urgent fee of $350. Pickups at our office need to be done before closing at 7pm. We ask for your mobile phone so that our delivery team can call you when they are on their way.
