Now into his 9th solo vintage since taking full control from his father, the evolution in his winemaking skills is very evident by now, and he is able to translate the brilliant terroir of Gevrey Chambertin into pure, succulent and expressive wines. 2018 was a pretty concentrated and explosive vintage, showing notes of ripe berries, violets and game with a rather savory and earthy tone. The grapes are mostly de-stemmed with new oak kept to a minimum that preserves the purity so well. This is a wine of bedrock precision and strength!
We deliver in a temperature controlled truck to your home, office, restaurant & hotel in all parts of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.
- Our standard delivery is only $150 to a single address within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. We offer free delivery for all orders over $3000.
- Delivery to Discovery Bay and Ma Wan is $400.
- All orders placed before 1pm can be delivered the next working day.
- All orders placed after 1pm will be delivered in 2 working days.
- There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
- For same day urgent deliveries, our logistics partner charges an additional urgent fee of $350. Pickups at our office need to be done before closing at 7pm. We ask for your mobile phone so that our delivery team can call you when they are on their way.
