An earthy Cabernet Franc from biodynamic estate Chateau de Fosse Seche. With sustainable viticulture and natural winemaking as their objectives, this is quite a rustic style of Cab Franc, with plenty of earthy notes and mineral characters alongside classic red fruits, bramble, menthol and capsicum notes.
