We are delighted to invite you to an extraordinary evening on 31 March showcasing the remarkable wines of Bendito Destino at Ginsberg+Chan. This intimate masterclass will be led by Terry Kandylis himself, the UK's Best Sommelier 2016 and the passionate creator behind these exceptional Ribera Del Duero wines.
During this special evening, Terry will share his fascinating journey from acclaimed sommelier to artisan winemaker, which began with a fortuitous discovery of abandoned historic vineyards during the pandemic. His story of preserving ancient 'en vaso' vines and working alongside Secundino, the village's eldest vigneron, brings to life the authentic spirit of traditional Spanish winemaking. Terry's hands-on approach and Burgundian winemaking philosophy have resulted in wines that beautifully express their historic terroir.
Guests will have the privilege of tasting through Bendito Destino's complete range, including their distinctive Clarete, mineral-driven white wines, and profound reds from old-vine parcels. Each wine tells a unique story of these rescued vineyards and Terry's dedication to preserving their legacy.
Limited to just 14 seats, this masterclass presents a rare opportunity to engage directly with one of wine's most inspiring new producers in an intimate setting.

We deliver in a temperature controlled truck to your home, office, restaurant & hotel in all parts of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.
- Our standard delivery is only $150 to a single address within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. We offer free delivery for all orders over $3000.
- Delivery to Discovery Bay and Ma Wan is $400.
- All orders placed before 1pm can be delivered the next working day.
- All orders placed after 1pm will be delivered in 2 working days.
- There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
- For same day urgent deliveries, our logistics partner charges an additional urgent fee of $350. Pickups at our office need to be done before closing at 7pm. We ask for your mobile phone so that our delivery team can call you when they are on their way.
