We believes that proper cellaring is just as important as the winemaking itself. At Ginsberg+Chan, we treat every bottle in our care with the same stewardship we give to our own collection, understanding that fine wine is a living investment that needs the right environment to truly flourish.

Our storage service is designed to feel like a seamless extension of your own cellar. By combining professional climate control with the attentive, personal service our clients expect, we ensure your wines stay perfectly preserved until the moment you are ready to receive them.

Our Storage Standards

Your wines are held at a premier facility fully certified under the HKQAA Fine Wine Storage Management scheme.

  • Precision Climate Control: Constant temperature and humidity levels are maintained to ensure ideal aging conditions.

  • Security: 24/7 surveillance and strict access protocols provide total peace of mind.

  • Inventory Management: Our records are updated in real-time. You can request a current statement of your holdings at any time by contacting your Relationship Manager or emailing sales@ginsbergchan.com.

Rates & Billing

We provide a transparent, tiered storage structure. Fees are calculated monthly and billed on a quarterly basis.

Minimum fee of HK$252 per quarter


  • Payment Terms: To ensure uninterrupted service, payments are due within 15 days of billing.

  • Note on Late Accounts: Overdue balances are subject to a 3% monthly interest charge. In cases of prolonged outstanding debt, we reserve the right to dispose of stock to settle unpaid accounts.

Logistics & Delivery

We operate a temperature-controlled fleet to ensure the cold chain remains unbroken from our warehouse to your door.

  • Complimentary Delivery: For local orders over HK$3,000 (HK Island & Kowloon) to a single location.

  • Standard Delivery: HK$150 (up to 2 cases; HK$30 per additional case).

  • Outlying Areas: HK$400 for Tung Chung, Airport, Discovery Bay, and Ma Wan.

  • Urgent Requests: HK$350 for same-day or rush service (HK Island & Kowloon).

  • Scheduling: Please submit your request by 1:00 PM for next-day delivery.

Terms of Service

By storing your collection with us, you agree to the following guidelines:

  1. Activation of Storage
    Wines are formally entered into storage if you specifically request the service, or if wines remain uncollected/undelivered 90 days after the invoice date.

  1. Insurance & Liability
    While our facility is among the most secure in Hong Kong, we recommend that clients maintain private insurance for high-value collections. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for quality issues inherent to the wine itself (such as cork taint) or for losses caused by events beyond our control (Force Majeure).

  1. Inspection
    We ask that you inspect your wines upon delivery. Any discrepancies or concerns must be reported to our team within 24 hours.

  1. Termination
    You may choose to move your wines or terminate our storage services at any time with 30 days' written notice.

  1. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong Courts.
