Standish Lamella Shiraz 2020 - Special Price: $720/btl
“It is floral, and granitic and minerally and über spicy all at once. It is the elegant wine of the lineup, thanks to the elevated vineyard and the cooling acid, but it also is possessed of a nuance and range of flavor that makes it distinct from the others. The Lamella has the breadth and range that the other two do not (making it neither better nor worse, just an observation), and it covers a lot of ground within that. It is shaley, and rocky and mineral, but it is also slightly herbal (there is fresh coriander and a hint of bay in there); the fruit is concentrated and pure and also has a splay of spice through the finish—licorice, star anise and a shake of allspice.” WA97+, Wine Advocates
Terra Vita Vinum Grande Rogeries Anjou Blanc 2019 - Special Price: $500/btl
Fresh peaches and apricots fill the nose, with a lovely touch of cream. The texture is silky smooth, delivering ripe stone fruits with a subtle salty mineral note and gentle floral sweetness. Big energy in this wine, drink now or cellar.
Charles Van Canneyt Gevrey Chambertin Les Cherbaudes 1er Cru 2017 - Special Price: $850/blt
An appealing bouquet of red cherries, wild strawberries, and orange zest aromas emerges, with minerals becoming more pronounced with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied, featuring a sweet, candied initial impression, followed by fleshy, ripe flavors. Very classic expression.

Yann Durieux: Discover one of the most sought after natural fine wines
We are all aware that "natural wine" no longer equates to funky and inexpensive. Among the shining labels that proudly grace the middle rack of your wine fridge, there may be esteemed natural fine wines such as Prieure Roch and Federic Cossard. But have you heard of Yann Durieux?
After 10 years as the head winemaker of Prieure Roch, Yann Durieux decided to make his own wines in 2010 in a lesser-known region of Burgundy called the Haute Cote de Nuits where DRC is a neighbour.
In a rebellious move, Yann deliberately choses to downgrade all his wines to the lowest French classification, Vin de France, granting him the freedom to cultivate and create wines without restrictions. And as Vin de France regulations do not require vintage disclosure, Yann has chosen to conceal the vintage on the back label.
