We have always believed that the best bottles have a story behind them. Sometimes, though, the story you want to tell is entirely your own. You might run a restaurant looking for a signature pour, want a memorable gift for clients, or simply want to mark a personal milestone. Traditionally, that meant buying a whole cask.
To make something unique much more accessible, we are partnering up with Whisky Asset. Based out of their own private, HMRC-approved facility, The North of Scotland Bonding Company, they specialise in rare spirits and bring decades of expertise in maturation, finishing, and bottling. Because they own the whisky directly, they control every step of the process from cask to bottle.
How We Work Together
The concept behind this collaboration is simple. When you decide to create your own label, we introduce you directly to their team. They will guide you through the journey from cask selection to bespoke packaging, and manage the direct relationship and importation into Hong Kong. Here on the ground, our team at Ginsberg+Chan is always close by to assist with any local domestic logistics.
The Collection & Craft
The inventory spans remarkable single malts from celebrated names like Macallan, Bowmore, Springbank, and Dalmore, with vintages reaching back decades and featuring exceptional Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, bourbon, and port finishes. Every element of the presentation is entirely custom, from tailored label designs with bespoke foiling and embossing down to specialised closures and presentation boxes.
