Organic and biodynamic Chateau Fosse Seche is a domaine rich in history, dating back 650 years ago. Purchased by the Keller-Pire family who purchased the estate in 1998, the transformation of their 17 hectares of vines into organic and biodynamic viticulture has quickly captured the attention of sommeliers who love the excellent purity of their wines. This 100% Cabernet Franc is grown on Jurassic soil with crazy low yields of 12hl/ha. Bright concentrated red fruits, medium bodied and very elegant. With silky tannins and fine acidity, the fruit shines through incredibly well.
