"Being from Toronto we were thrilled to be connected to Drake. But we asked ourselves whether that was good enough reason to take on a celebrity champagne. However when we tasted the line up, the champagnes are actually really really good. These are terroir driven, delicately made wines with character. You get the sense that Brent Hocking (the owner of Mod Selections), takes champagne making seriously and had studied the various styles & conditions of elevated champagne before going out to make his own."
