Though our cellar is perhaps best known for it's stunning collection of top and up and coming Burgundy, every now and then we find ourselves revisiting Bordeaux and picking out a nice mature bottle to drink. This is after all the advantage that this region holds over many others. With the scarce allocations available in Burgundy for example, not only are prices reaching stratospheric levels, but older bottles are increasingly harder to come by. But in contrast, Bordeaux remains a consistently good quality and good value buy for wine-lovers all over. The fact that we have so many mature bottles mean that we are absolutely spoilt for choice. Choose from our stunning collection, from extra old bottles such as the 100-point 1949 Mission Haut Brion or something a little more recent such as the great value 98 Point Montrose 2003 (just $1,430!).
Cheers & Happy Hunting!
