Pascal Doquet is celebrated as one of the Côte des Blancs’ finest growers, praised by Peter Liem for intense soil expression and refined harmony. Working family-owned old vines across Grand Cru and 1er Cru sites including Le Mesnil‑sur‑Oger, Vertus, Bergères‑les‑Vertus and Le Mont Aimé, Doquet produces site-driven Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs. Certified organic since 2010, the domaine favours indigenous yeasts, enamel‑lined tanks and neutral oak, uses only the first two pressings, minimally filters and typically ages on lees for three years or more, yielding precise, textured Champagnes built for longevity. Current stock highlights include Arpège, Champs Libres, Diapason Le Mesnil, Le Mont Aimé 2009 and Le Mesnil ‘Champ d’Alouettes’ 2004, plus bundles and large formats for gifting or cellaring.
