Pierre Yves Colin Morey (or PYCM as we like to call him) is the elder son of Marc Colin, one of the best winemakers in St Aubin. After some international experience in winemaking, Pierre-Yves worked in his father's domaine alongside his younger brothers for several years before splitting some of the family vines to setup his own domaine. He himself has now become one of the most sought after producers in Burgundy too, making extraodinarily powerful Chardonnays in Chassagne & Puligny Montrachet as well as Meursault and St Aubin.
We deliver in a temperature controlled truck to your home, office, restaurant & hotel in all parts of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.
- Our standard delivery is only $150 to a single address within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. We offer free delivery for all orders over $3000.
- Delivery to Discovery Bay and Ma Wan is $400.
- All orders placed before 1pm can be delivered the next working day.
- All orders placed after 1pm will be delivered in 2 working days.
- There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
- For same day urgent deliveries, our logistics partner charges an additional urgent fee of $350. Pickups at our office need to be done before closing at 7pm. We ask for your mobile phone so that our delivery team can call you when they are on their way.
