It’s a Blanc de Blancs Champagne thus a varietal Chardonnay. 2012 was the first vintage for this cuvee to be produced, so it’s quite a collectible champagne. The fruits were exclusively sourced from Les Montjoly lieux-dits which has a very similar limestone structure to the famous Les Chetillons. Yet, slightly more clay in Montjoly means the wine is slightly more open, rounder and fuller than the Chetillons. But that also means the wine can be more approachable during its young age compared to the Chetillons!

- Our standard delivery is only $150 to a single address within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. We offer free delivery for all orders over $3000.
- Delivery to Discovery Bay and Ma Wan is $400.
- All orders placed before 1pm can be delivered the next working day.
- All orders placed after 1pm will be delivered in 2 working days.
- There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
- For same day urgent deliveries, our logistics partner charges an additional urgent fee of $350. Pickups at our office need to be done before closing at 7pm. We ask for your mobile phone so that our delivery team can call you when they are on their way.
