Originally from Melbourne, Jane Eyre has become one of Burgundy's most respected vignerons, known for her elegant, terroir-driven wines. During this special evening, guests will explore Jane's expressions across both her Australian and Burgundian portfolios, comparing the outstanding 2019 and 2022 vintages through four carefully curated flights.
The wines will be paired with a specially crafted menu by Chef Sandy Keung, whose journey from New York CPA to acclaimed chef mirrors Jane's unconventional path to success. Sandy's conscious, ingredient-driven cuisine, which masterfully blends Traditional Chinese Medicine principles with modern techniques, provides the perfect complement to Jane's terroir-focused wines.
Limited to just 16 seats, this intimate dinner presents a rare opportunity to engage with both Jane and Sandy, while experiencing the harmonious marriage of their crafts in an elegant setting.
We deliver in a temperature controlled truck to your home, office, restaurant & hotel in all parts of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.
- Our standard delivery is only $150 to a single address within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. We offer free delivery for all orders over $3000.
- Delivery to Discovery Bay and Ma Wan is $400.
- All orders placed before 1pm can be delivered the next working day.
- All orders placed after 1pm will be delivered in 2 working days.
- There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
- For same day urgent deliveries, our logistics partner charges an additional urgent fee of $350. Pickups at our office need to be done before closing at 7pm. We ask for your mobile phone so that our delivery team can call you when they are on their way.
