Jean Marie Bouzereau Meursault Charmes 1er Cru 2020: This family-run estate, located in Meursault, has been passed down from father to son for seven generations. Today, it is managed by Jean-Marie Bouzereau who took over in 1995. Rich and powerful nose, barely marked by oak. Round and mellow on the palate with buttery and toasted bread aromas.

Bruno Lorenzon Mercurey Les Champs Martin 1er Cru Blanc 2020: Bruno Lorenzon took over the family estate in Mercurey in 1997 and has since elevated it to the top of the appellation. The estate, which covers 11 hectares, is known for its rigorous vineyard management and meticulous vinification. 93-95 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "The 2020 Mercurey 1er Cru Les Champs Martin unwinds in the glass with scents of freshly baked bread, wet stones, white currants, confit citrus and crisp green orchard fruit. Full-bodied, ample and seamless, it's layered and racy, with broad shoulders, bright acids and a long, mineral finish. Its elegant profile belies considerable reserves of chalky structuring extract that will make this a wine for the long haul.”

Jean Claude Bessin Chablis Valmur Grand Cru 2020: The Bessin family has been in Chablis since the 18th century, and today the estate is run by Romain and Jean-Claude Bessin. The estate covers 12 hectares, including a parcel in the Grand Cru Valmur. The wines are known for their finesse, their minerality, and their authenticity. 96 Ponts – William Kelley (Wine Advocate):"The 2020 Chablis Grand Cru Valmur is another reference point wine from Bessin, unwinding in the glass with aromas of citrus zest, fresh peach, white flowers, oyster shell, beeswax and blanched almonds. Full-bodied, satiny and layered, with racy acids and a taut, concentrated, impressively chiseled profile, it concludes with a long, iodine-inflected finish."

Frederic Cossard Beaune Les Bressandes 1er Cru Blanc 2020: Frederic Cossard established his own domaine, Domaine de Chassorney, in 1996 and also runs a negociant business. He farms biodynamically and follows natural winemaking methods. Les Bressandes is a Chardonnay from a 50 year old vineyard better known for its premier cru red wines, though this shines bright every year. The soil here is a combination of sand and clay, producing a classic white Burgundy of depth, power and finesse, along with the domain's signature saline finish and angular texture.

Poisot Pernand Vergelesses 2020: The Poisot family is an old Burgundy family, with roots dating back to 1790. Today, the estate is run by Rémi Poisot, who took over in 2010. The estate is small, covering only 1.5 hectares, but it includes parcels in some prestigious appellations. The wines are made in a traditional style and are known for their purity and age-worthiness.

Pierre Boisson Auxey Duresses En Reugne Blanc 1er Cru 2018: From the Boisson family, Pierre started his own domaine in 2004, which covers 8.5 hectares producing wines of depth and serious complexity. The Auxey Duresses En Reugne Blanc 1er Cru, with its higher altitude, produces a light structured wine with superb texture and depth of white floral and ripe stone fruit characters.
