We are thrilled to bring Mark over from Gevrey-Chambertin to Hong Kong ! The phenomenal dinner will include the 2020 release and some cellared bottles of Mark’s distinguished wines from Clos du Vougeot to his now domaine-owned vineyard in Gevrey-Chambertin. Mark continues to be one of the most significant micro-negotiants in Burgundy and what a delight to have his Australian perspective on Burgundy to be shared with us in an evening with great 5-course meal to taste through Mark’s favourite wines.
