Please join us on July 17th for what will be a fun and casual dining experience at Pang's Kitchen, well known for its Michelin-star status despite the tiny dining room and homely Cantonese cooking. We will pair the traditional Cantonese cuisine with an interesting wine lineup from Paolo Bea.


Many of you might not know about wine from Umbria, but for those who dare to explore, this will be a new surprise. Just a hundred kilometres from Tuscany, wine from Umbria showcases a totally different expression of flavors - bold and structured, with dark fruit-driven reds. Paolo Bea produces wine, olives, fruit, vegetables, and wheat on only five hectares of land. Paolo Bea, now in his 90s, is also an advocate of non-interventional winemaking, and the grapes are farmed organically, with vineyard biodiversity encouraged. These are some of the most intriguing wines you will find in Italy, or anywhere in the world for that matter!
There are only 9 spots available, so this will be an intimate evening led by our wine specialist, Jordan Wong. We can't wait to share these incredible wines with you and see how they pair with Cantonese dishes from Pang's Kitchen. Cheers!
