Crete Chamberlin 1683 Origine Brut NV
With a remarkable legacy spanning 12 generations, Crete Chamberlin has established itself as a producer of exceptional champagnes, renowned for their quality and authenticity. The name "1683" pays homage to the birth year of Henry Crete Chamberlin, the visionary founder of this esteemed Maison. This elegant champagne is meticulously crafted from a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Meunier, and aged on the lees for an impressive 36 months. The result is a fresh and immediate wine, brimming with captivating flavors and offering remarkable quality.

Anne Gros Cremant de Bourgogne NV
Domaine Anne Gros stands as a highly coveted destination in the realm of Burgundy wines, renowned for its limited production and unwavering commitment to excellence. Within its portfolio, the Cremant de Bourgogne stands out as a sparkling gem. Crafted using the traditional method akin to Champagne production, this delightful sparkling wine typically blends the permitted varieties within the boundaries of the Burgundy AOC. The blend includes Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay, and the rare Aligote. Embodying elegance and finesse, this Cremant presents an enticing alternative that captures the essence of Burgundy at an accessible price point.

Sebastian Van de Sype Lambrusco di Grasparossa di Castelvetro 2020
Situated on the hills of Castelvetro di Modena, Sebastian Van de Sype encompasses nearly 10 hectares of land. Half of this estate is dedicated to cultivating Grasparossa grapes, while a small portion is artfully tended to produce Trebbiano. Notably, this particular Lambrusco marks the inaugural vintage, a testament to the producer's ambition and passion. Assisting in this endeavor is none other than Sebastian's esteemed friend, Frank Cornelissen, a revered figure in the realm of Sicilian natural wine.

Comte Abbatucci Faustine VV Rose 2022
In the early '90s, Jean-Charles assumed responsibility for his family's domaine, following in the footsteps of his father. Jean-Charles deeply values preserving the island's heirloom grape varieties, appreciating their remarkable adaptation to the local climate, and recognizing the important role of older vines. And this Faustine, named after his daughter, crafted predominantly from the Sciaccarellu grape, this wine embodies a sappy and velvety character. It harmoniously balances bright acidity with a luscious fruit core, resulting in a refreshing and vibrant expression.

Jerome Galeyrand Aligote Chaumont 2021
Jerome Galeyrand has emerged as a prominent figure in the region for his exceptional work with the Aligote grape. With meticulous care, he handles the grapes, ensuring that his wines, both the Aligote and the reds, possess a focused character without excessive oak influence. Each wine receives meticulous attention to detail, resulting in an annual production of barely 2000 cases. Critically acclaimed, Galeyrand's wines are highly sought after by enthusiasts seeking an authentic and distinctive tasting experience from Burgundy.

J.B. Becker Wallufer Walkenberg Riesling Spatlese Trocken Alte 2018
J.B. Becker Rieslings are renowned for their remarkable flavor intensity and remarkable aging potential. Becker's steadfast belief in the quality of wines from his estate, coupled with his innate winemaking talent, results in captivating additions to the collection of German wines. Infused with a distinct minerality, his wines maintain a fresh and elegant character for decades. Notably, Becker stands out as one of the few producers employing German predicates for dry and off-dry white and red wines, further showcasing his dedication to crafting exceptional and distinctive offerings.

Jerome Galeyrand Aligote Chaumont 2021
Chateau Duhart Milon, situated west of the renowned Mouton and Lafite vineyards, rests on gravelly soil with varying elevations. The Lafite Rothschild family, having acquired the estate, meticulously tends to the vines and oversees the winemaking process. Since 1982, the wine has consistently maintained a high standard. The secondary label, Moulin de Duhart, is crafted from younger vines and aged for 10 months in barrels previously used for only two vintages. It has similar characteristics to their Duhart Milon great wines.

Luigi Oddero 'Specola' Barolo 2017
This winery was founded by Luigi Oddero, a passionate and cultured winemaker deeply connected to the Langhe region. Though experimenting with international varieties, he prioritized local grapes like Nebbiolo, Barbera, and Dolcetto, upholding traditional Barolo winemaking. Now led by his wife Lena and children Maria and Giovanni, the winery continues its legacy. The wine has an intense, persistent, and very pleasant bouquet. On the palate, it is dry, soft, and velvety, with a great structure and aromatic persistence.

Clos des Papes Chateauneuf du Pape 2011
Paul Vincent Avril joined the family domaine in 1988. Blessed with 32 hectares of old vines – many up to 80 years old. This wide spread terroir accounts for the signature complexity in his wine, of which he only produces one single label, eschewing a common practice of many vignerons in the region to bottle a prestige cuvee so he can focus his efforts on pursuing the finest expression of Chateauneuf du Pape that he can. Grenache as always will make up the majority of his assemblage with pursuit, finesse rather than power.
