Here is a Sancerre that doesn't taste like a Sancerre. I wish I had known about Cotat's wines earlier. Not your typical racy, lean, or herbaceous style, in-fact, they are so "un-Sancerre-like" that certain vintages were forced to abandon the appellation name due to the style being so unconventional. The Grande Cote is among his best sites, on very steep vineyards, with biodynamic principles. His late harvests combined with barrel-fermenting leads to wines that are incredibly rich, rounded, and powerful. It's also very complex and layered, with smoky roasted almond aromas. There should be more Sancerres like this, but that wouldn't make Cotat so "Singular".

We deliver in a temperature controlled truck to your home, office, restaurant & hotel in all parts of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.

- Our standard delivery is only $150 to a single address within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. We offer free delivery for all orders over $3000.
- Delivery to Discovery Bay and Ma Wan is $400.
- All orders placed before 1pm can be delivered the next working day.
- All orders placed after 1pm will be delivered in 2 working days.
- There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
- For same day urgent deliveries, our logistics partner charges an additional urgent fee of $350. Pickups at our office need to be done before closing at 7pm. We ask for your mobile phone so that our delivery team can call you when they are on their way.
