However when we tasted the line up, the champagnes are actually really really good. These are terroir driven, delicately made wines with character. You get the sense that Brent Hocking (the owner of Mod Selections), takes champagne making seriously and had studied the various styles & conditions of elevated champagne before going out to make his own."
