Frederic Cossard Vin de France Super Pink Cinsault Rose 2021
Frederic Cossard has been a renowned winemaker in Saint Romain since 1996. He uses homeopathic remedies to control vineyard pests and diseases. A signature feature of his winemaking approach is the prolonged fermentation process for both reds and whites, with the fermentation of white wines often extending up to six months. As a result of this high level of integration of sense, intelligence and technique, the wines are extremely pure, clean and straightly express the terroir.

Emidio Pepe Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo 2022
Since 1964, Emidio Pepe has been crafting Trebbiano and Montepulciano d’Abruzzo wines, showcasing their remarkable aging capabilities and earning global recognition. Their rose is crafted from Montepulciano grapes, vinified as a white wine, traditionally foot-pressed, and fermented sans skins. Emidio Pepe’s Cerasuolo challenges and redefines the conventional expectations of its category. It is a bottle with a strong gastronomic vocation, perfect companion of the table.

Guiberteau Saumur Blanc 2020
Guiberteau is one of the most sought after domaines in Saumur. where over half of its vineyards are dedicated to Chenin vines, and the rest to Cabernet Franc. Their Saumur Blanc originates from clay-limestone soils, with vines planted from the 1940s through to 2012. It is matured on fine lees in stainless steel tanks until spring and undergoes minimal filtration. This wine is full of energy, tension and finesse, and it's one of the finest you can get in this price range.

Alexandre Bain Pouilly Fume La Levee 2018
Alexandre Bain, an emerging winemaker, has been established in Tracy-sur-Loire since 2007. The vineyard spans 11 hectares, exclusively cultivating Sauvignon Blanc. The winery is noted for its biodynamic practices, including the use of a Percheron draft horse affectionately named “Phénomène.” Harvesting is done manually, ensuring optimal ripeness. “La Levée” thrives on limestone terrain topped with clay-loam and sandy layers. Benefits from 33 months of aging in barrels, it combines minerality, substance, richness of fruit and balance with a very beautiful aromatic expression on the nose and in the mouth.

Hubert Lamy Bourgogne Blanc Les Chataigners 2019
The Lamy family has deep roots in Burgundy, cultivating vines in Saint Aubin since 1640. Yet, it is Olivier Lamy, the present proprietor and vintner, who has elevated this boutique estate to global prominence. He took over this family vineyard in 1996 after working in legendary winery Meo-Camuzet. This cuvee is a testament to the winemaking prowess of him. Aged in barrels for 12 months, and resting for 12 months more before releasing. With its harmonious balance and complexity, it is a delightful accompaniment to a variety of dishes.

Hubert Lignier Gevrey Chambertin Regnard 2018
Domaine Hubert Lignier, which based in Morey Saint Denis, is renowned for producing exceptional wines, celebrated for their rich concentration, depth, and well-built structure. The vineyards are characterized by thin, clay-limestone soils on the slopes, which naturally restrict vigorous vine growth and yield. The Regnard, positioned on a south-facing slope in Gevrey-Chambertin’s southern area, is where the Ligniers have rights to a plot of old Pinot Noir vines, ranging from 40 to 70 years in age.

Moulin de Duhart 2001
Chateau Duhart Milon, situated west of the renowned Mouton and Lafite vineyards, rests on gravelly soil with varying elevations. The Lafite Rothschild family, having acquired the estate, meticulously tends to the vines and oversees the winemaking process. Since 1982, the wine has consistently maintained a high standard. The secondary label, Moulin de Duhart, is crafted from younger vines and aged for 10 months in barrels previously used for only two vintages. It has similar characteristics to their Duhart Milon great wines.

Bartolo Mascarello Dolcetto d'Alba 2021
Bartolo Mascarello is a well-known figure in Barolo and the Langhe, recognized as a small-scale producer who has played a significant role in the history of Piedmontese wine. Currently, the winery is managed by Bartolo’s daughter, Maria Teresa Mascarello. She continues the tradition of handcrafted wine production.
