For this special occasion, Duddell's distinguished culinary team, known for their signature dishes like the meticulously prepared Crispy stuffed crab shell with fresh crab meat, has crafted an exquisite menu that perfectly harmonizes with a remarkable selection of Clemens Busch wines. The evening's lineup features an impressive vertical tasting of the prestigious Marienburg vineyard, allowing guests to explore both mature and younger vintages of these exceptional wines.
Clemens Busch, a pioneering fifth-generation winemaker from the Mosel Valley, has established himself as the master interpreter of natural winemaking philosophy in Germany since 1984 by Clemens and his wife Rita. The evening's wine journey will commence with the innovative Alter Native Riesling Trocken 2022, progress through the magnificent top cuvees between Fahrlay Terrassen Riesling Grosses Gewachs 2013 and 2022; and also Raffes Riesling Grosses Lage 2015 and 2022. Their dedication to terroir expression and sustainable practices has earned them recognition among Germany's finest Riesling producers.

We deliver in a temperature controlled truck to your home, office, restaurant & hotel in all parts of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.
- Our standard delivery is only $150 to a single address within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. We offer free delivery for all orders over $3000.
- Delivery to Discovery Bay and Ma Wan is $400.
- All orders placed before 1pm can be delivered the next working day.
- All orders placed after 1pm will be delivered in 2 working days.
- There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
- For same day urgent deliveries, our logistics partner charges an additional urgent fee of $350. Pickups at our office need to be done before closing at 7pm. We ask for your mobile phone so that our delivery team can call you when they are on their way.
