Forum Restaurant, under the masterful guidance of its culinary team, has earned its coveted three Michelin stars through decades of refinement and dedication to Cantonese gastronomy. For this special evening, the kitchen will craft a magnificent nine-course menu specifically designed to complement a selection of 00 Wines' most prestigious cuvées. This unique pairing promises to bridge the elegance of Oregon's finest wines with Forum's acclaimed contemporary Cantonese cuisine.
Chris Hermann, whose meticulous approach to winemaking has earned 00 Wines a cult following, will lead guests through each wine, sharing insights into their Burgundian-inspired winemaking philosophy in the Willamette Valley. These highly sought-after wines, produced in extremely limited quantities, find a perfect stage alongside Forum's refined culinary artistry.

We deliver in a temperature controlled truck to your home, office, restaurant & hotel in all parts of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.
- Our standard delivery is only $150 to a single address within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. We offer free delivery for all orders over $3000.
- Delivery to Discovery Bay and Ma Wan is $400.
- All orders placed before 1pm can be delivered the next working day.
- All orders placed after 1pm will be delivered in 2 working days.
- There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
- For same day urgent deliveries, our logistics partner charges an additional urgent fee of $350. Pickups at our office need to be done before closing at 7pm. We ask for your mobile phone so that our delivery team can call you when they are on their way.
