Chef Mingoo Kang, acclaimed for his innovative approach to Korean cuisine, has crafted a seasonal seven-course menu specifically designed to complement a selection of young and older vintage Domaine Comte Abbatucci wines. Jean-Charles Abbatucci, a pioneer in Corsican viticulture, will lead guests through each wine, sharing his deep knowledge and passion for the ancient grape varietals he has helped revive.
