ORDERS
Orders are processed as soon as they are received – first come first serve. Whether your order is received online, by phone or by email it will be processed promptly. Orders received after business hours are processed in the order they are received.

HOW TO PAY
CENTRAL SHOP PAYMENTS
In our Central shop, we take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay & AliPay. We accept cash, cheque, EPS debit and UnionPay debit.
ONLINE STORE PAYMENT
We take Bank Transfers, PayPal and Visa, Mastercard, American Express and HKD cheque on delivery. We do not accept cash on delivery.
NEW - We now accept HK government consumption voucher via QFPay Secure Checkout by Alipay, AlipayHK, China UnionPay Quick Pass, WeChat Pay and FPS. On the Payment page, simply select QFPay Secure Checkout to select your preferred payment method.
PHONE & EMAIL ORDERS
Over the phone & via email, we prefer bank transfers. We can also issue PayPal orders.
DELIVERY
We deliver in a temperature controlled truck to your home, office, restaurant & hotel in all parts of Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. Our standard delivery is only $150 and we offer free delivery for all orders over $3000 *.
Delivery to Discovery Bay and New Territories is $400.
*Single shipping address only. $150 will be charged to deliver items to each additional location.
GENERAL DELIVERY TIMES
All orders placed before 1pm can be delivered the next working day.
All orders placed after 1pm will be delivered in 2 days.
For same day urgent deliveries, our logistics partner charges an additional urgent fee of $300. Pickups at our office need to be done before closing at 7pm.
We ask for your mobile phone so that our delivery team can call you when they are on their way.
