Sally's Picks for This Spring
While the stock market is still stormy with continued volatile trading, the HK wine industry remains highly favorable! With several wine auctions happening in spring, group diners relaxed, and bars were reopening, the demand for wine consumption is perpetually rising. So this week, I have featured an array of wines worth knowing better. And, amid the dazzling world of fine wines, you may have omitted these just right bottles for any occasion.
First time bottled in magnum, Rare Millesime 1998 newly arrives in HK. Whether for gifting or aperitif, this will be an impressive bottle of the night. If you’re looking for a case of wines for a group meeting, try Moreau Naudet and Claude Dugat. Both show a balanced and integrated profile that is apt for every palate. Finally, consider Domaine Fourrier and Paul Pernot for a more complex and advanced drinking experience.
In need of something outside Burgundy? We’ve got you covered with Valentini, Thierry Allemand, or Keller that fit your budget.
