Magnums to Methuselahs - Size Does Matter

Dear Friends,

Whilst there are definitely some who would argue that "bigger is not always better", when it comes to wine, the opposite of this statement applies, except perhaps for the poor soul who has to pour a bottle of Methuselah or Imperial into teeny tiny wine glasses.

For one thing, large formats age much slower than standard bottles, and second, it always makes an impressive statement at any dinner or party, spicing up the atmosphere a whole lot more. As you will probably notice, we are huge lovers of large formats, and you will find an impressive collection below from Magnums to Methuselahs of top wines from Burgundy, Bordeaux, Champagne, Italy, Rhone and even more which you can either throw in your cellar and forget about or invite some friends over to work out the safest way of opening the 6-Litre bottle of Taittinger Comtes de Champagne 2006!

Cheers & Happy Hunting!
